On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, a lively discussion was held at the Chicago Yacht Club by a dynamic panel of IT professionals. The speakers included: The speakers included: Norman Fleming, MBA, PMP, Chief Information Officer, Chicago Public Schools; Jerrold Martin, Vice Chancellor, and Chief Information Officer, of City Colleges of Chicago; Angela O’Banion O’Banion, Chief Information Officer, Cook County Health; and Derrick Thomas, Deputy Chief Information Officer, Cook County Bureau of Technology. Our C-level panel highlighted the new challenges IT leaders are facing as well as their professional career paths in public administration.
